The Token Man

We are having a brunch meeting today for the Arkansas Daughters of Zion which is a part of Christians United For Israel.  I’m the token man at the meeting today who is running the sound and video for the meeting today.  Sometimes the whole world is a tuxedo and your a pair of Converse high tops!  I’m sitting in the sound booth just kind of peeking over the edge, drinking my coffee, and eating my muffin.  How about those Bears!

Thanks for manning the booth, Pastor! I had such a great time helping with all the festivities surrounding the DOZ event! There was such a sweet spirit there. We sure love having company, don’t we! It tickled me sitting near the back knowing that when all the ladies were spiritually charged and fed that we had a lovely meal in a beautiful room waiting for them. I was so filled with the joy of the Lord by the time I got home I just sat on the couch and grinned from ear to ear! Good choice on the high tops, by the way, your patent leather pumps would have given you blisters!

Ha! Trent came and ate with us! (well, alot of the woman had left already by the time he came) Talk about looking out of place! You know Trent, anything for food! :)

Hey dad, I kept you at ease during the meeting. Remember I sat in the booth with you as I chowed on a few scrumptous pastries while you invaded Phillips secret stash of candy? Ha! I wonder if he’s noticed that some have gone missing?!
