Men who wear really cheap toupees.

Because they have no hair so any hair looks good. But not sure which is worst-the wrap around hair or the cheap toupee.

I think the real question should be why do people make toupees? And why don’t they make them better?
Pastor Kevin, if I was bald, I would wear a toupee to your birthday party and tell everyone about my cool new haircut.
