Horsing Around With Matthew

d Matthew and Samuel for a little while this evening while Evan showed their house to a couple who was interested in buying it. Matthew and I went outside to feed our neighbors horses. Actually, the horses are the neighbors because the guy who owns them doesn’t live next to us. He has been struggling with some issues in his life so he doesn’t take care of them like he should so I bought some feed and feed them twice a day and make sure they have fresh water. He brings hay out when I call him. The mare is pregnant and is about to deliver. Anyway, Matthew and I had a great time feeding them. I love spending time with him, he’s so curious, smart, and well spoken. Hmmmm, takes after his papa(me) I guess.

The Only Shooting I’ve Done Lately

I thought I would post a pic of one of my neighbors who was out for a stroll this morning. When I saw him I got the camera out and shot him. I used to enjoy go
ing deer hunting but it seems the last few years I enjoy shooting with a camera versus shooting with a gun. No, I haven’t become some anti-hunting or anti-gun advocate I just haven’t really had any desire to go hunting. So, here’s the pic!
